]]> Recently we completed a very complicated project. This included the fabrication of a fuel filtering system for a mining site. This is very important because if large trucks working in the mine have a fuel problem production ceases.  Over two months we worked closely with the customer to scope and develop a custom solution from scratch.

The customer took delivery in early November and is extremely happy with both the output of the project and the support offered by Link Pumps along the way.

]]> Recently Link Pumps participated in the local council’s Arts and Industry Festival. One Saturday our complex was open and three tours for the public were conducted. John and Annie Link conducted tours around whole large site. Visitors were shown the large collection of virtually all the main types of pumps and ancillary equipment such as engines and pipes / hoses etc.

The essential ‘workings’ of  the pump was demonstrated through viewing work done in the repair, testing and fabrication sections of the business section . Tours took over an hour and visitors left with an appreciation of industry at work.
